Can the care plans be adjusted?

Do you accept direct payments or local authority funding?

We’ll help you navigate your funding options and invoicing.
Do you offer emergency or short-notice care?
Yes, where staffing allows. If you need urgent support (e.g. hospital discharge), please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist as quickly as possible.

Do you provide training or help with compliance?
Yes! If you’re missing mandatory training (e.g. moving & handling, safeguarding), we can refer you to accredited training providers or arrange it internally.
We also support you through the DBS process and help you stay compliant with UK healthcare regulations
How often will I get paid?
We offer two weekly or monthly payments, subject to receiving your signed timesheet on time.
What support do you offer after placement?
We stay in touch regularly to make sure you’re happy in your role. If there are any issues or if you’d like to change placements, our consultants are here to support you.
Do you sponsor overseas candidates?
At this time, we do/do not offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates. However, if you already have the right to work in the UK, we welcome your application
Are the services customizable?
Absolutely, our services are tailored to accommodate your unique preferences and requirements, ensuring that you receive the care that best suits you.
What if I have specific preferences or requirements?
Yes. All our care staff are:

· Trained in safeguarding, moving & handling, infection control, and more
· Continuously supported with refresher training and supervision
Can I choose the time of my care visits?
Yes! We tailor your care plan around your daily routine. Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight slots are available, including weekends and bank holidays.

What if I don’t have a DBS?
No problem. We can help you apply for an Enhanced DBS check. The cost may be deducted from your first few payments, or paid upfront depending on your situation.

Will I have the same carer every time?
We do our best to ensure continuity of care by assigning regular carers to each client. If there are any changes (e.g. holidays), we’ll always notify you and send someone equally qualified and trained.

Some roles require previous healthcare experience, especially with complex needs or nursing duties. However, we also offer entry-level care roles for compassionate individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
